Nice shots DJ

I like the one of the fog & tree especially.

We weren't that far apart after all as I came back via Glen Lyon.

Another great set, but really like 3 and 4, really like the misty fog and the tree.
It's a great looking tree

Lovin it Azz, I'm going to have a lot of fun with this cam.

Since having used all the xxxd (up to the 400) and the xxd series cams, the differance in IQ from each step up model has been slight but going from the cropped 50d to the FF 5d mkii I've noticed a huge difference in IQ.
That's not to say I don't like my 50d anymore, it has great image quality, especially with my 400mm attached and it has 6.5 fps compared with the 5d's 4fps and it probablly has better auto focus as well but for IQ i've not seen better.

It's great having two body's ready for action

I had sold my 3CCD XM2 on Ebay for £850 to help part pay for this cam, but it did not get much used anyway and the 5d has HD video, if I want to record video footage.

The 5d MKII will probablly be my only FF cam for many many years to come but I will prob continue to update my crop sensor cam.

Re: Kinloch Rannoch

Well it certainly gets the thumbs up from me!

But you Full Framers are a naughty bunch cos all these photos you post makes me want to go out and get one asap but I'm gonna stick to my guns and see what the summer brings, I'm dead busy right now anyway so it'd be wasted if I get one now.

I'll make do with and look forward to seeing more of yours (and everyone elses) pics in the meantime
