Re: Hotprints.

I am sure duff prints happen for lots of companies.
Its how the customer services handles it that is important to me.
I had an e mail to say that my query will be handled within 2 working days so we shall have to wait and see.
Though I can't really complain too much about a free book!!!!!

Re: Hotprints.

That is a shame I have about 12 of them now and all good.

I do know they had probs over the weekend with loading etc so yes it would be interesting to see what the customer service is like.

Re: Hotprints.

Well the day after I complained I had a reply saying they would pass my orginal file along to the QC manager to check that it was OK to start with.
Yesterday I had an e mail thanking me for my patience and that they would be reprinting my book and sending it to me at no cost.
Then today it arrived by courier!!!
All for a FREE book!!! I have to say I have been very impressed by their customer service and the colours in the reprinted book are perfect - much like the previous 12 I have had done.

Re: Hotprints.

Just a little bump for these guys as you all may have some Christmas /snow pics you might like to put in a little memory book.

Re: Hotprints.

I've been trying for a few days now. First it wouldn't upload any pictures, now it's just saying error when checking nozzles.
