Interesting clip Mel - if you weren't a fan of PCSO's before you certainly wouldn't be after watching that clip!

I think they give the police a bad name, as cleary demonstrated in that clip some of them don't have a friggin clue!

As to your other comment, unfortunately the Police themselves have on MANY occasions done exactly what the PCO in the film did
