ps7 and raw
I have PS7 but it does not seem to be able to read RAW files.
I can convert my RAW files in Picassa but it is limited.
Could anyone suggest a better programme under 100 close to 50 pound or better still a free download.
Or if anyone has a 'free' copy of something suitable that they could send i would appreciate it greatly.

You can download adobe DNG converter that will convert raw files into DNG format that photoshop should be able to read. Afaik it only works with CS2 plus.

Also, if you get a D40 it comes with PictureProject, which lets you do some editing in RAW - and then you can simply save as jpeg and open in Photoshop, and do your futher edits
