can you insure second hand ? just curious 
had a washing machine £30 from 2nd hand shop 14 years ago and still going great ! and it was old before i bought it !!

I dont insure it separately, just add it to my house insurance, or my car.

I keep meaning to add it to the contents house insurance, specialist camera insurers are way too expensive.

If we want to include any items over £1000 they need to be notified and listed.
I'm not sure how that works if all my camera stuff was pinched as that would be over £1000 but no individual item is.
