Clairelou- Does this help? Flower pic

Clairelou is trying to help me identify the little pink flower buds I took a pic of, they turn into these little white flowers.

hope they do help and do they only grow in winter ?
i have seen them before but cant think of it bloody name lol !!

Yes it only flowers now, it's a large evergreen shrub, with deep green glossy leaves, and the little flowers are not that nice smelling.

mmm the only thing i can think of is "spiraea" at the moment

One that has come to me is a Skimmia , but I am not 100%in fact it is more like 40%

Spiraea .....I am off to google

Mm they aren't so pompom the actual flower head, I actually think you were right with your Spiraea. I found some on Google called Snow Cloud and they looked very similiar.

Where Skimmias sort of go up in a mass of little flowers in a triangular shape, these are more flat and spread out, but the leaves are very tough and dark like skimmia, and the shrub is quite woody, and sturdy.

I never planted it, it was here when I moved in, so don't know what it is. I do have a couple of small skimmias but thef lowers heads are a different shape.
