I like clouds!
The only thing I'd mention is the whites look blown. Maybe a stop or so less exposure would have been better

Not sure about this, there's not much to focus on and the whites are blown... I think a bit of a landscape (even silhouetted) underneath may have helped, or none at all - just clouds

Norman..I took a series of cloud shots over 3 months last year. So interesting and so many different shots of the same piece of sky...at the same time every night. Fascinasting exercise.
If you use PP at all you will find that tweaking the levels gives you an amazing choice of depths and some brilliant results.

Interesting sky but as mentioned - it's over exposed.
A faster shutter speed would have done the trick or an ND Graduated filter if you wanted to retain sky detail and have the buildings as anything other than a silhouette.
