sb600 speedlight diffuser

So now I have my speedlight should I get a diffuser.

If you think YES convince me why!

I would suggest you try using bounce light flash and or together with the built in one first to find out if you need one.

I think a diffuser is definatly worth purchasing. However i would suggest getting used to the flash first. See the effects of bounce and directional flash with different outputs, as a diffuser changes the control of the light drastically.
