Hmmmmm

I have been out for lovely days dog training today with the OH and a few friends from a forum I'm part of. Now home sitting relaxing with OH she just came out with a statement i have never heard before

"Do you want to get a new lens tomorrow ?"

Well yes, strangely enough i do

I have been considering a Nikon AF 50mm f/1.8 D Lens for a while, has anyone used one ? or is there a better lens comparable

Re: Hmmmmm

If you mean the £80 one - used my mates one with my Nikon D50 and liked it (sorry I have no examples) enough to go and buy the Canon 50mm 1.8.

I'm sure there's a 'nifty fifty' group on here.

Re: Hmmmmm

I have the nifty fifty and it is brill.

it only manual focuses on my nikon d40x [dont know about your camera]

I have not used it lately as i have been doing weddings and i need to zip around fast .

but it is well worth the money [if its the 80 pound one]
