It is quite a dark peg as my mum leaves them out in all weather so it goes sort of black :/ *ick* but it could be that the photo's a bit dark, I never have my monitor on the right settings *blush*

lol! That's good. I don't think I sharpened it though :/ so that's a bit alarming - usually it needs sharpening not unsharpening! 
Perhaps something happened to it in the upload? havnig said that, it looks OK here? :/

Haha! Don't worry about it! I think I see actually why you say it might be oversharpened, but the peg actually does look like that, a very odd thing. I think it perhaps has mildew... *shudder*
