Waterfall - Different Day, Different Lens

Different day. different lens, different lighting conditions. Dramatic mood change here.

Day one -35mm - sunny



Day two - 60mm - overcast

Oh wow...these are my kinda image, the 2nd shot for me is the better because the crop is better and there is much more depth of colour, oh tack sharp too.

it was interesting to see the comparison
I like the 2nd best too. I prefer the warmer colours and the composition.

I like the drama of the second one

As I'm learning, would you mind telling me what shutter speed and aperture you used to get everything else still and the water 'flowing' like that?!

Photoshop will show you exif data that includes everything or there's a free software program called iexif at www.download.com. F22 at .6 seconds were the settings used.
