Re: Old pics..... Very old :)

To be perfectly honest I would leave them as they are.

I too love old photos and they still look great.

Re: Old pics..... Very old :)

I love looking at old pics of people too - I like seeing how things have changed.

I would prob just clean up the 'spots' (clone tool would be fine), but other than that leave them the same.

Fantastic photos tho, esp the last one.

Re: Old pics..... Very old :)

I'd be tempted not to do too much with them, as they're so lovely as they are. The first one is really sweet. I have a bit of a soft spot for these kinds of photographs and like to rummage through ephemera boxes in antique shops, but it's so lovely to have them of your own family.

Re: Old pics..... Very old :)

No I love them as they are!!!!!!

I was wondering when I uploaded them to Photobox, if there was anything that I could do to make the images a little clearer.

Don't want to touch them and alter them, just trying to get the best image possible.

I will get them printed as they are, and see what they come out like

My Nan's Dad was a miner, but his hobby was photography, luckily for us, so the family does have loads of old pics, but they are scattered around, as we all have a few each. The original of these are in New Zealand
