Re: My animal family

Its nice to know that I'm not the only one who loses one's computer desk to a cat

Gorgeous pics as always Phil, and I have to say, they're all looking mighty fine

They're pretty good really.

Skye is a gentle giant and is no bother at all. Fingal was a handfull (typical Springer) when he was younger but he's calmed down a lot. Breagh has just turned 1 year old and she's had a few health problems including a major life saving operation for bloat. She's fine now but she still has food issues.

The cats are no bother at all. Murphy the black one is my special boy and he's the boss - even the dogs move when he wants by the fire. Paddy the B&W is a bit of a scrapper and he's a demon hunter. Chippy & Bramble are timid girl cats. Chippy never really comes past the kitchen and Bramble is shy and spends most of her life outdoors.

Re: My animal family

They would all have been taken with my Nikon D50 apart from the head shot of Breagh and the one of Paddy which would be with my Canon 40D

I've not really put my Canon to the test yet. I didn't want to spend as much as the Nikon D300 and the 40D felt good and had everything I wanted.

Knowing me I may end up with another Nikon at some point.
