Bops

A few I took a while back of birds of prey (for Azz!)

I wont spoil it by telling you what they all are.... I'm sure you can guess!

Nice one Jack - can you believe I almost persuaded my parents to let me have a Kestrel when I was a kid?

I'm glad they said no now tho, as I wasn't responsible enough back then!

Id say the first 3 and number 6 are Lanner, Saker, Gyr types?
4 and 5 Harris Hawk?
7 Eagle Owl?
8 Golden Eagle
9 Vulture??
10 Buzzard?

Good job Dawn!!

Nearly all correct.

1 - is unmistakably a Gyr
2, 3 & 6 are all the same bird.... think about it.
4/5 HH - good job!
7 - An Eagle Owl - but do you know which race? Think India.
9 - yup, it's a vulture - any type? the clue is I took this in the wild in Cyprus.
and finally, yes, a common buzzard.

Bengal Eagle Owl? Im only familiar with Griffon Vultures which I did think about, and Turkey Vultures and I dont think its one of those.

I think we could have a "name the BOP" thread!! I have a few!
