Re: Dog Agility

Lol sorry Gina missed this thread!

I think Agility will always be hard, but I'll repeat what I said in Patch's thread a few days ago. I would assess the area beforehand, and pre-plan bits where you think you might take some good-uns, ie by paying attention to the sunlight hitting the best side of the dog, whilst the setting (background etc) being as best as you can get. And then give that a shot!

Hope that helps

Re: Dog Agility

They are all took on the automatic "sports" setting, so without sounding rude, you only had to point and shoot. They are very good as far as getting the subjects in the frame and getting the shots just right, but perhaps you could try and use some of the camera capabilities next time? Just a suggestion.

Re: Dog Agility

Thanks everyone.

Dawn you're right, and I think I probably should have put this in Just Starting Out until I get to grips a bit more with the new camera.

You'll enjoy it more when you do as it will be you that took the picture and not the camera alone. Its a great camera, I have one, I love it!
