More Little Critters

Spent some more time crawling around on all fours......

Incoming!

Butterfly on Lavender

Nice big, hairy baboon spider - very common here after any rain.

Paper Wasp

Wildflower spider (They are hunting spiders, so grab things that settle on flowers rather than waiting for them to get stuck in a web)

Longihorn Beetle

Bee collecting pollen

Dragonfly

Great set - love the colours.

I think the baboon spider and the paper wasp are my favourites although I'm not so sure I'd be crawling around with those guys around lol

Re: More Little Critters

Thanks, everyone, comments much appreciated!
Azz, most of them prefer to keep themselves to themselves and not bother anyone. The problem comes in with the sheer volume of them, they are everywhere, sooner or later one of them gets grumpy and zaps someone - at this time of year the wasps are the worst offenders!

Re: More Little Critters

Beautiful color...love the butterfly on lavender.

I'm with Azz, with the spiders and wasp being the most frightening!
