lol you do not have to tell me how quick they are.....Been watching the Blue Tits and Great Tits here at home for the last few days, blink and you miss them. I cannot get close enough to them to get a decent photo either, most of the time they are hiding out in the neighbours trees which at the nearest point are around 80feet away. I have not been able to get close enough without scaring them off, need to invest in a dome hide or something.
Even had a coal Tit and a solitary Long tailed Tit fairly close by in the last 3 days, never seen either of these 2 birds before, but they were both so high up in the trees that again hard to image them, maybe one day they will venture into the garden.
