Thanks for all your replies. Got the camera yesterday!
Went to a shop in the end (Cameraword in Chelmsford), I know I paid a little bit more but I've got peace of mind.

Yep, I got the 7d and grip, it's a brilliant piece of kit. Need to save for some L lenses now!
