I like the way you have set the image out Orientation and Composition good
This is sooc, so didn't crop this way. Thank you, I'm glad you like it I'm trying to get into the habit more!

I know, I wish I hadn't had it on at the time. I tried taking some later with it off and him on lead (he's only off lead without it when in a secure field) but they didn't work as well. I find it distracting too.

I agree. I wish it wasn't on either, I'll try and get another one when he's on lead one time, but sadly I think it's an opportunity missed

I know what you mean, I'm trying to break out of my boxes a little more.

I didn't think about landscape as portrait, might try that too!

Re: Portrait orientation

BG

Greyhounds make for great action pictures. If you get the chance to get some shots you won't be disapointed. A couple of examples to see what I mean

Re: Portrait orientation

They are amazing action shots, still nice and sharp,

I tried something similar with my poppy {she's the action hero in my lot} but there was some blurry bits, so i have made a note of photo data and i will try it with my camera, the only thing i have notice is with my camera it seems to need a lot of light at those speeds.

Re: Portrait orientation

Fantastic pictures! Looks like you'll have to come and do Axel! The only action shots I've got of him have some blurring - I think I'd need an slr! Gives me an idea for a thread...
