cant save images !!! (blank images)

ARGH !!!! im going to throw this computer across this room now !!!!!!

i cant seems to save my image jpeg from photoshop to my photo file !
all i get is a blank image and can only "open with" cant work out what i done wrong

Now I have had this happen and I think, if I remember right, that there are two jpeg options and when I choose the other one it worked OK. Not sure about the facts the memory is vague but you could have a go.

this is what it says when i try to open "cannot open PICT0006copy.jpg because it is the wrong type of file."

had to close photoshop and open again, seems to have works yah !!!!

I am constantly bailing out my sister with her computer problems. Some of her problems are do to grandkids using their desktop. That's why I bought my sister, Barbara, a laptop of her own for a birthday gift. I introduced a password to get the system to boot & left it up to Barb if she wanted to compromise her computer. So far she hasn't given the password to anyone & the computer works great. I set her up a wi-fi network as well so she can carry her laptop anyhere in the house and still remain connected to both the internet & both her printers. She's sooooooo pleased with it all.

My sisters name is Barbara but we call her Paddi, don't suppose you wanted to know that.

LOL In the states we refer to that as TMI - too much information.
