I think a new lens will probably give you the most right now Dan.
The only other thing I can think of is a decent monitor if you haven't already got one.

Difficult to say because what I want/need will not be the same for you but as someone has said don't hang about make up your mind and get your goodies.

Not sure if you have one but I know I'd like a battery grip.
A monopod would be good for me too as it's easy to strap to the backpack for hillwalking.

How a about a Spyder 2 Pro or similar. It's amazing how may peoples monitors are not calibrated correctly. It is a vital link in the image chain.

wow some nice plausable items to thinka about. some lighting or backdrop could be good, monopod is a maybe. Pretty set up with a camera bag & have a battery grip.
