some scifitography as requested.
the first one was more of a late night experiment at work. there was more thought and planning in the second. plus some of the tricks i learned while working on the first one to make all of the layers cooperate better. the backgrounds are mine. the first was shot in shenandoah national park, the second was in grand teton national park. the astronauts are from free stock sites, deviant art and sxc. the fire and smoke are from brush sets with some layer styles applied.
