Re: David Tenant, move over....

They are VERY good K - definitely ones to consider for your portfolio, esp 1 2 3 6

The first 3 in particular are bound to interest the kids as they are quite 'funky' (the backgrounds really add a lot).

Some great shots there - love 1, 3 & 6 Not quite so keen on 4 & 5 but then it's probably because I don't think his trousers go with the overall feel of the shots.

Re: David Tenant, move over....

Ah KK...these are just brilliant!

I really love the lighting set up on these, as well as the cool background edits too. Nice job!

No.2 is my favourite, because of both the background, and more importantly....THAT EXPRESSION he's pulling. It's just fantastic. I love it

Well done to him too, for being such a handsome model...and a good sport!

You're background is completely flat, yet the angle of the shot suggests that we are looking down on the subject...and the eye expects to see some sort of base, or at least a change of direction in your background's patterns, suggesting a base.
Even adding a shadow, wouldn't fix this.

It's simply because your background is textured.
A plain white/black/colour background, and I think the shot would work.
