I've switched totally to digital. In the past I've had two Mamiya 645s, a Yashika Mat 124, Milolta MD11, Nikkormat, Minolta SRT 101 & 201, Canon FTQL and a half dozen more I can't even remember the names. In digital I've owned an Olympus, Nikon F1 & F12 & now my Nikon D40X. I used to shoot slide film & use Cibachrome to process the slides to as big as 16x20 inch prints.

I still have a Voightlander Vito CL with a Rolliflex flashgun, both have hardly ever been used since bought new in 1996. Found the cost of films too expensive in those days to what I was earning. Both are still in perfect working order although the shutter delay timer lever does stick a bit. Interestingly back then cameras didn't need batteries and the top of the camera had a window with a built in light meter solar powered. So easy to use, one pointer showed the amount of light and one set the other pointer which had a small ring on the end and all you did was line the two up together and the camera was set for the light conditions.
The camera also has its own leather case which again is almost like new, l don't think I ever took even 50 photos with it.
Have often thought about selling it but don't think anyone would be interested so it just sits in a draw in my bedroom.

i have never really used film,well, snaps etc,but not since I got into photography but it is something I am really interested in. I am clueless really with film, but I am looking for an old film camera, as I love the images they make, I am bidding on a couple on Ebay, but if you were to sell yours , how much would you be thinking of???
