Making the Ordinary, Beautiful

Make Ordinary, beautiful......

Go and grab, a boring everyday object, something lying around your house, you see everyday, it doesn't have to be anything special.

Look at it, feel it, the colours, the texture, sniff it if you must , fill your senses with the object.

Now put it down, and think of 5 different ways to shoot that item, Depth of Field, Perspective, Surroundings,Shoot in Black and White, Placement, Lighting, Background,Editing, Movement,Focus points, so on and so forth.

Now pick up that camera of yours, using your ideas, look at shooting your chosen object in five different ways, and creating a mini photo essay in 5 images.

You can take as long as you like, go at your own pace.

When you are happy with your results, it would great if you would post them in this thread x

Yes, it is. Great image, really like it loving the reflection.

Thanks for posting, first pic post! x x

Now you have to go and shoot it another 4 times , in 4 different ways, than you've shot it here. Good luck

Re: Making the Ordinary, Beautiful

I've put it in bold now in the thread, early days, bound to be a few hiccups shall I make the opening post clearer? Sorry, if I confused you x x

The idea of the project is you go get a dull object, and then shoot it 5 different ways, you can take as long as you like, no time frame, then you post the five pics as a mini photo essay, in this thread
