Ah, Yes, HDR. Very subjective. Love it or hate it. Suppose you could say it's an art form and therefore has a place in photography.

Loved it when I first discovered it, and now sat on the fence, when it is done well, and not too overcooked it's good. Each to their own

I like when it is done in a subtle way to bring out the two extreme ends of the tonal range, but I dislike the over cooked look.

Hi I personaly like HDR I love the colour and vibrancy of the image. It is not to every ones taste. When I started HDR I loved the over cooked look but I tend to lean more to the natural image. Hope you dont mind this is one of mine.

The white water turns grey with the HDR process. This is a single shot HDR processed in photomatix pro 3.

I really like them Gordon. I love the colours HDR generate.

I have done mine in CS5. I think after looking at yours I have made my to bright.
