Filters

What is the difference between a skylight filter and a UV filter. Ok I know what a UV filter does, but not sure about a skylight filter apart from thinking it is just a lens protector with clear glass.

Re: Filters

Skylight filters help prevent bluish tones in outdoor shots and also can help reduce reflections.

Re: Filters

I use the UV filters to protect the lens mainly.
