FAO CLAIRELOU Blue flower shrub thingy
HI Clairelou,
Do these pics help?????
It has no distinctive smell, the leaves are quite scratchy, and it is about my height 5'7" ??????????It is a large shrub, not a tree.

not 100% sure but they do look like Ceanothus (californian lilic)
