U is for Under a blood red sky
Today, was the first time, I was really cursing about sticking to 50mm only, as the sunrise this morning was awesome. I would of loved to have gone wider
Anyway, it is what it is
can't change my mind now, the colours haven't been touched, they are as they were this morning. No editing apart from Web ready action, D300, 50mm, natural light.

V is for Vermillion
Think it should be V is for Vintage Vermillion
Today's shot is my bright red Kalanchoe plant, shot in natural light, and slightly overexposed on purpose. The shot was then edited to give a vintage feel, by using a muted action at 80%,a pale creamy yellow fill layer at 20%, and then a slight vignette at 50%, finishing off with web ready action.
