Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

W is for Wedding Dress

Shook the mothballs off the dress*joke* inspected it for anything bad, shot it , and then popped it back in it's box Shot using natural light, and no editing apart from web ready action.

X is for X Men

Was dreading X, and then this morning , it came to me..... X Men, don't know why I hadn't thought of it earlier, seeing as I am a bit of a comic geek Had to be one, with the fab Wolverine

Shot in natural light, punched up the colours a little on 3 separate shots, cropped them to the same dimensions, then got a storyboard template, and added the 3 different shots, and then flattened and used the web ready action.

Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

Very nice, especially the first wave shot, and I like the second image too, where you've used the texture.

Are you glad that we have almost finished? and has it given you back your Mojo?

I love the X Men image too, I am sharing my inner geek with the world xx

Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

I am extremely excited about not doing it anymore! - no actually I'll miss it - and am already looking forward to our next challenge! It really has done wonders for my mojo, I've had to use the camera for at *least* 5 minutes every day, and I've learned a lot about photoshop too!

Soo.... Y.... hmmm...

Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

Luke has demanded the X image be printed , so will pop them in a triptych frame I have, then hang it in the game room. Also, in trouble for opening the comic, after I told him it had to stay in it's plastic folder

I've enjoyed it, but being limited to one lens has been a pain at times
If you want to do another challenge that's fine, just need to decide what

Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

Laura - yuck!

Jols - my web ready action, I explained on page one, it's an action I created to get an image ready for posting on the internet, so the image size is 800 at the longest, at a low resolution,a slight sharpen, added a custom frame and watermark, all with one click of a button in the action panel. I have one for portrait layout, and another for landscape.
