Not sure if this classes as "architecture" - it's all carved into the rock. But it is one of the most fascinating places I've ever been - and there are photo opps around every bend!!

This hotel sits right on the beach in front of the Pacific Ocean. I was intrigued by the intricate architecture and pristine grounds.
