Finally a really beautiful day. The Pacific Coast warmed to the mid-60s and was brilliantly sunny for my ride there. I decided to experiment using my new Nikon D90 body with my new Nikkor 60mm Micro lens. I've read reports on how sharp that lens can be so I put it through its paces, keeping the lens stopped down to f12 or f16. The polarizing filter let me accentuate the sky that has whispy clouds swimming in an ocean of blue. The hotel in the photo is just one of many luxury accomodations along Canon Beach. It's a dozen yards from the beach itself so it's prime realestate. I wonder if the owners would like this shot? Hmmm!

That looks like such a lovely place! 
It has a real sense of depth to it and I like the highlight on the car too - My only suggestion would be to move a bit more to the side, so the car in front hasn't got its front end obscured by the sign.
