I use such a mixture, I have XP and Vista Clients, been using Windows 7, and want to try Photoshop on it next (been using it for games so far lol) I use Windown 2k3 server and Linux.
Phew!
Best one is XP though, XP is 7 years old and is very stable and everyone is so familiar with it now.

Mac OS X 10.5.7 Leopard, soon to upgrade to Snow Leopard.
I was a die hard PC fanboi for a good 12-13 years and due to University I'm a mac convert. The only reason I'd have a pc again is to game on, and even my mac with bootcamp on can play nearly all PC games I want to play.
