To find members latest pics, just hit the Latest tab at the top of the Forum page. You should find all recent posting there.

As Suzi said It's not hard to find photos on here at all but sometimes a new site can take some getting used to!

I agree that it's not ideal - unfortunately we had to make do with what the forum software developers come up with. The social groups and albums etc are all disjointed for example.
I will look at a custom solution at some point, but in the meantime, you can add your favourite shots to your profile album - and then use the forum to post your latest images. Then simply click on latest posts to see new postings or view the list on the right hand side of the forum homepage
