Coventry City (Image heavy)

I took my car in to get an MOT today, and rather than sit and wait, I'd decided to pack my Sony A200 and Fuji S5800, and see if I could *revisit* the city...

Let me know if I managed it?

And finally, can you tell me what this building is?

Ok, I believe in honesty. I think you have some interesting perspectives and ideas for your pictures but you have been let down by the lighting being very flat and a featureless sky. My opinion (for what it is worth) is that a couple of the pictures would benefit from slightly more exagerated perspectives or a change of position (the blue walkway for example) and attention to detail, maybe cropping, or straightening the ground or making it completely skewed (the last picture).

Aye...sadly the day was not exactly bright...the raindrops on the bridge give that away...
And yep, you're right about the building...I put the skew down to having just walked 3 miles...those Fuzifilm S5800s are heavy suckers

Lower view of the bridge, but it looked dull and flat...

Possibly the light...and that slope is in fact a slope, not me faling over

And for what it is worth, your opinion is worth lots
