Red Cardinals in the snow

We have snow,lots and lots of it,and during a snowstorm stupid people go and sit and wait for bright red birds who like the snow I swear I got frostbite getting these

Gorgeous birds, you know how much I love these, one of my favourite bird species of all <3 <3 <3

Red is such a hard colour to expose for too I find. They seem a little soft - but the conditions were against you!! Well done indeed! I'm not at all jealous! :P

I am scared of sharpening bird pics, as then they might look wrong.

I will try and sharpen these up though. Thanks xxx

Spotted a Yellow bellied Sapsucker in the trees,now have to try and get close enough so my zoom can reach it
