Highland Wildlife Park - photography course?

Few months ago I signed up for a photography course run by Practical Photography - Wolves and Tundra Wildlife. The course will be held in Highland Wildlife Park in Scotland, south of Aviemore, in October.

I wanted to ask, as I have never been on any course run by PP, neither at this Wildlife Park, if anyone had been there, done it and is willing to share his experiences and ideas?
Or, even better, anyone here going too?

Re: Highland Wildlife Park - photography course?

I've never been on one of these courses, but it sounds wonderful, I've only been to Scotland a couple of times, the last when I was pregnant with my elder son, and he's 22 now

I hope you have a lovely time, learn a lot and get some great pics

Re: Highland Wildlife Park - photography course?

I have never been on one of these courses but I have been on wildlife courses run by other providers. I'll be interested in hearing about your experience (I personally am not too keen on the Highland wildlife park, however that is due to the fact they shot their existing wolves the day after the annual visit from several Mal/Husky enthusiasts who were racing at Aviemore that year to make way for a new 'pack' ). The park and conditions were fine, it was their ethics we didn't agreee with!

Hope you have a good time - you should get some lovely shots

Thatīs quite shocking news! I did not know about it. If it is true, then it is absolutely unforgivable.
