My thoughts are that anyone who posts photos on the internet by whatever means should be prepared to have their photos "lifted". There is so much of this type of thing going on my advice would be to heavily watermark every photo not wanting to be copied or not post at all.
Its now a fact of life that anything that is anything good WILL be copied not MAY BE, be it whatever product.

That's true Bazza.
I think most people accept that images 'can' be used (mine have) without being asked but what's interesting in this case (if the guy raises the issue) is the legal side of the Creative Commons infringement and the fact that it's been used for quite a heap of commercial gain by a large retail outlet.
