I get that when i take photos from one pc to another, sometimes it's because it's not recognising the file type in the name. So you can remedy it by putting .jpg or .psd on the end of the file name (depending what type it is). Though occassionally i get the wrong type with the wrong image which causes chaos. But is it possible the .file type has be muddled up somehow?

well i tried all sorts and it was a bugger! so i closed photoshop and upload again as KK suggest seems to have works lol yah !!! thanks for your help you both
