Hi Daisy,
I just checked out Ipiccy. This looks like what I may be looking for while I am on my trip. It is certainly simple enough. I noticed it had a doding and burning tools. Does it have a cloning tool? Or what ever tool it would have if you wanted to remove and object from a photograph?
