Re: Before and after...

This is awesome! Okay I must confess I didn't catch the duck behind and then gone! Nor did I catch the new tail. Cakey, that is awesome. BUT more importantly this is exactly what I was looking for and I really do appreciate everyone's input because it allows me to see and obviously what I'm missing about what people are doing to improve their images. I LUV IT! Thank you! And please don't stop there.

Re: Before and after...

You cloned a blade of grass put Cakey?

-------------------------------------

I like the two boats but didn't like the industrial bit over the water top left.
I didn't have much time as the boat in the middle was moving pass. I thought I'll take a few shots and sort the background out later.

After pp I came out with this...

Normal

After

Re: Before and after...

Just goes to show how much post processing can enhance an image, nothing new of course as anyone who processed film can confirm. Its nice that its in the hands of us photographers now, but still a skillset that needs to be learned and used with care.

Re: Before and after...

While doing this little exercise, it has made me realise thatI'm not so keen to show my image in public until I'm happy with them. This is something I hadn't thought about until now, how weird is that
