Birds of Prey

Some pics I took last year , I am getting rid of lots of old pics etc, I have deleted loads, just tidying up my computer, thought I would share these ...

This is Venus a Harris Hawk, I flew hershe was stunning

Thanks, I can't wait to go back with my SLR

The baby Eagle Owl was huge,I have some pics of the kids holding him somewhere, then you can see just how big it was. Now, it must be a monster

Thanks, they really are the most magnificent creatures, trully stunning up close, and so bold, not at all fearful. I swear they posed for the camera

So powerful too, you can feel the power in their claws, but I totally trusted them, even with the kids. They really did amaze me with their beauty, and grace when flying.
