Heceta Head Lighthouse

On my first decent day of the year I rode to Florence, OR and the Haceta Head Lighthouse. The sky was brilliantly blue, nearly cloud free. The air is so clear & clean in Oregon it's almost looks like a fantasy shot. I enjoyed myself a bunch.

Re: Heceta Head Lighthouse

They are so beautiful Bob, does not look a place for bathing, seems a bit rough near the cost. I like all of them if I had to choose it would be the last and that would be because of the light, but I want the Lighthouse as well and the first because that seems like the approach to something exciting.

Re: Heceta Head Lighthouse

These are wonderful - definitely don't belong in beginners, or if they do, my landscapes don't belong on the forum at all! Really love numbers 2 and 5

Re: Heceta Head Lighthouse

Thanks for the kind words all. I'm happy to be back in my element, outdoor landscapes. I have to laugh at myself saying that because I love portraiture. My problem is that I live alone, 3,000 miles from my family so my subject matter is limited to lakes, mountains, coastline and waterfalls. <sigh> I'll do what I can with those. LOL
