New camera... help help help! :D

Ok... so as you've read, I finally have my new camera - it got here yesterday, and I'm beside myself with glee. Sooo... this is my problem, I'm running around in so much excitment, I actually don't know what to photograph... none of the birds around the house are close enough - only today of course - normally you can't shoo them away

I really don't know where to start Can someone give me some ideas? photo challenge if you like! I would do the topic of the month - but I'm working on it atm, and it's proving difficult as autumn hasn't really started here yet

ARGH! I love this camera *huggles*

Ok....

some coins on a table?
Some fruit on a window sill? Or in the garden - maybe in an unusual place? (Eg banana sitting on a tree LOL).
self portraits?

I would give the high ISO a shot - I love the ISO handling on the D300 !!!

Re: New camera... help help help! :D

I've been playing about (too tired to upload at moment) and I love it! The ISO handling is fab. I have some daft shots of the doggage looking .... well... daft! At very high ISO. Will post some stuff tomorrow evening if I have time! Doubt I will though Sunday is day of music... lots of it - should be playing from about 3 o clock onwards... when I get a chance, I'll post pics!
