SB900 is here! :D

Love it already! Need to work it out though, and really practice - manual came to me in French! So that's as much use a chocolate fireguard Does anyone know if the manuals are printed anywhere on line? Or if there's a good site explaining the controls etc? It's pretty simple to figure out anyway, but I'd like to look over the finer points

Eeee - very excited!

Re: SB900 is here! :D

Blimey Laura the credit card must be overheating! (unlike the SB900 that cannot!)

It's a great flash...massive, which makes me stay with the 800 and 600, but very capable and versatile.

Re: SB900 is here! :D

press the ok button until the menu comes up then it will take you through the options
by turning the dial.M zoom set to off so it auto adjusts to the lens mm range. All the rest is self explainatory.

Re: SB900 is here! :D

I'm managing OK with it so far, it does weigh a lot! But it's lovely <3

No credit card overheating here - I don't even have one - I just save for things I've been after this flash for about 2 years

...sorry Laura, didn't mean to put you on the spot... how you spend your money is your choice. It was meant more as a quip and a reference to the fact SB900's also have a thermal cut out!
