Mixed Ducks

A few ducks.

Drake Garganey. a summer visitor to the UK. (record shot)

HI Richard, all from different local sites, except the Mandarin, this i took at Pensthorpe on one of my trips to Norfolk.

We do have a feral population of Mandarin in Northumberland, and the drakes do get around the ponds occasionally, but the females don`t seem to wander about. Which is a shame as i think they are attractive birds.
