Re: sweet peas

Pros

Nice subject matter and lovely coloured flower even if it was processed in lightroom. Nothing wrong in that. I also like the way you considered water droplets on the petals, adds just that bit more interest.

Cons

Watch your depth of field to get the whole flower in focus. However having had a little play with the picture you might find a little sharpening will help.

Tip
Try shooting at different distances with this kind of subject, 200mm is a bit too far away for me and try in manual mode. Can't advise on f stop as it depends on the daylight. Ok maybe not happy using manual mode so do it in fully auto mode and check what settings the camera used (exif data) and work from there in manual mode

Re: sweet peas

Whole flower / part flower in focus - I guess it depends on what you're aiming for.

Sometimes with water droplets and even shallower dof can work better - drawing the eye to a particular droplet.

PS

My sweet peas have been a bit of a flop this year. That said my daughter brought her 'nursery school' sweet pea plant home and it's doing wonders - in a pot on the kitchen window sill and it goes up and over the whole window now.
