I reckon your niche would be 45% on the photography bit and 55% on your PP, as you do have knack for it!

Thanks Azz, i really feel that my pp helps me stand out a bit more although at times i should tone it down sometimes - its easy to get carried away!

The shadowing is still ongoing. Im not getting much work from this at the mo - iv sent a few more CVs ect out so im keeping my fingers crossed for some more!

Studio is now my office. Im still using it for headshots and pets. Id rather shoot outdoors if im being honest - there is so much more scope, especially around here! It works well as an office. I have 2 bucket chairs in there now, prints on the walls and a really nice shelving unit with my cards pricelists and samples on it.

Im really going to start pushing things in 2009 as i have been a bit lax in recent months! I have a party coming up in 2 weeks where ill be able to get my card out to alot of locals, Iv set up a KP facebook account, got my name in with a few burlesque performers and events in Birmigham and also have a small engagement shoot coming up x 2009 is the year for me x

I think you are on the right track - and at least you're not rushing into anything. I can't wait to see what you come up with with the D700, I remb you impressing us when you got your D200 and no doubt you'll do the same now!

I think your PP on portraits has always been great, and definitely a niche you could take. Another area was your fantasy type PP on that wedding shot (the roses?), another area you could specialise in?

Either way I think you're gonna do well!
