Im not keen on the HDR altering malarky, but I absolutely LOVE the first shot!

I simply adore the detail in your 2nd picture. The three horseshoes on the door are a wonderful feature.

Glad to see you back Jack!

Thank you, no secret, I downloaded a plug in from Topaz Labs, and it is brilliant, you can fiddle and tweak about to get the HDR effect subtle to really over the top. I have tried doing real HDR with three different exposures , and TBH I was really disappointed in the results, so in the end gave up it put me off.

I know this is cheating and fake HDR, but at the end of the day if you get an image you like, that is the whole point I suppose
