Great idea, nice colours... would like to see the eye properly though as it looks a bit strange. The eye is almost the most important aspect, the cat is looking through the slats, 'peekaboo', you need to see the eye. You can also crop off all the excess above the head and make it an almost square image, keep the focus on the cat, no need for the eye to wander above.

In fairness, I had about 20 seconds to take the shot. It was just a grab, and I took it. My little cat is very intelligent, but hates cameras and won't pose to order. Not the kind of thing I will be able to just "do" in the forseeable future.

I like her squinting through the blinds the way she is.

Like a wee sniper cat surveying her quarry,...!
